You will see the event logo during the booking process if you are booking with us. Our block guarantees the lowest room rate and applies for an extended stay if you want to come early or stay later. We have sold out of hotel rooms in the main hotels every year, so we encourage you to book as early as possible. Lowest fixed group rate must be booked before 30 days on a first-come, first-served basis.  Best lowest floating rate is offered on the booking portal until the day of the event.  If you need to cancel your reservation, please use the self-serve cancellation link in the confirmation email rather than calling the hotel directly.
